These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and establish the agreement between You and the Company. They outline the rights and responsibilities of all users regarding the Service. Usage
Bzturk services are limited to a single mturk account per subscription purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for the initial subscription purchase made within 7 days of creating a bzturk account. No refunds are available for renewal orders.
Termination
In the event that we discover your use of a counterfeit version of the browser extension, attempt to exploit multiple free trials, or engage in unauthorized methods to capture HITs without a subscription (after the free trial), we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access. Upon termination, your ability to use the Service will cease immediately.
Cancellation
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription to the bzturk browser extension at any time. Simply click on the customer portal button located in the extension pop-up or send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. It's important to note that uninstalling the browser extension does not automatically cancel the subscription. After canceling your subscription, if any automatic payment deductions occur, in that case, subscribers can raise a ticket, and the refund procedure will be completed within 7 business days.
